    The 30th annual YWCA Greater Pittsburgh Tribute to Women Leadership Awards Luncheon will take place at the Westin Hotel on May 16 from 12-1:30 pm. Tickets are $70 or $1,000 for a table of 10. Proceeds go to support YWCA programs.

  • Party at the Andy Warhol Museum

    The PerLora pre-party for Chairs for Charity will take place at the Andy Warhol Museum on April 19 from 6-8 pm. Tickets are $20 and all ages are welcomed.

  • Taste some spirits for a good cause

    The 5th annual Brewers Ball is taking place at I.B.E.W #5 on April 20 from 7-10:30 pm. General admission is $65 in advance and $75 at the door; a special VIP reception will be held from 6-7 pm, tickets are $95 which includes admission to both events. The event is 21+ and cocktail dress is requested.

    The 2012 Environmental and Energy Conference and Trade Show will take place at the Eden Resort Inn and Suites in Lancaster on April 18. Admission is $345; Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry members receive a $50 discount.

    The Horror Realm Spring Break Massacre and Zombie Gras will take place at the Crowne Plaza on March 10 from 11 am-11:30 pm. Tickets are $7 for the convention alone, $10 for the convention and Zombie Gras or $5 for the Zombie Gras only; the Zombie Gras is an over-18 event.

  • Dont miss the boot camp for printers

    The New Media Boot Camp for Printers will take place at the Printing Industries of America (PIA) headquarters on March 28-29. This two-day workshop is $695 for PIA members and $995 for non-members.

  • Learn how to be a better project manager

    The American Marketing Association (AMA) Pittsburgh is presenting the seminar Project Management: Listen, Learn, Lead at the Marriott City Center on February 9. Tickets are $40 for AMA members, $50 for non-members and $35 for students.

  • Learn all about cloud computing in Pittsburgh

    CloudCamp Pittsburgh will take place at the Miller Gallery of Carnegie Mellon University on January 28 from 9 am. This is described as an unconference to exchange ideas, knowledge and information about cloud computing. Cloud camps are taking place all over the country; they are staffed completely by volunteers and usually rely on corporate sponsorship to pay for venue, food and drinks.

    The Pittsburgh Airport Area Chamber of Commerce is hosting its annual Celebration of Excellence on January 20, 2012 and the Hyatt Pittsburgh International Airport from 11 am-2 pm.

The session is for business and legal professionals who are interested in help those in the arts achieve success. Admission is free and food and drinks will be served.
